At MONC XIII, we take pride in the curated quality of our collection; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders, vintage pieces, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Securely attach the provided return label to the exterior of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original, unused condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
